Matt Murray - Lead Pastor
Pastor Matt was called as Lead Pastor of FBCNZ in October 2022. Matt grew up in Florida but relocated to Texas with his family after high school. He has served in full-time pastoral ministry since 2007 in a variety of roles including Student Pastor, Family Pastor, and Discipleship Pastor. He is married to his wife Megan and they had three children, Charlee, Graycee, and Eli.

Walter Hobbins - Worship & Creative Arts Director
Walter was called as Worship Leader of FBCNZ in August 2021. Walter grew up in Shiner, TX and Three Rivers, TX. He has served in ministry since 2004 in a variety of roles such as Lifegroup Leader, Artistic Contributor, and Church Planter. He is married to his wife Jana and they have three children, Hope, Harvest, and Jethro.

Megan Murray - Children's Director
Megan started working with our children in April of 2023. She grew up in the Houston area and graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University with a degree in Speech Pathology. One of her greatest achievements in life is getting to be a mom of three precious children.
